CLASS SCHEDULE

CrossFit Slipstream is more than just a cool place to work out.  It’s a place to meet and make new friends. It’s a supportive community. It’s a place to get personal instruction, guidance, and feedback for every workout. We’ll take the guesswork out of exercise and provide you with constantly varied, functional workouts that give you the results you’ve been looking for. Join us at least three days a week – it will be the best hour of your day and you’ll get in the best shape of your life!
