CrossFit Slipstream is a CrossFit “box” in St. Paul MN featuring a year-round endurance program.  We use a constantly varied selection of functional movements, performed at high intensity to get you in the best shape of your life.  Whether you are an athlete, outdoors enthusiast, or just want to keep up with your (grand)kids, we provide the coaching and supportive community you need to achieve your goals.
