WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for BEGINNERS!  Men and Women who are serious about changing their lifestyle and getting healthier.  If you’re serious about your health and wellness, and starting a new journey in your life, then we want you for this challenge!

Must be available for 3 days of bootcamp per week for 6 weeks.

Must be committed to the whole 6 weeks for the Challenge.

Must be committed to the whole 6 weeks of our nutrition plan.

Must enjoy group fitness environment.

Must be willing to do before and after photos.

Must be willing to do before and after measurements.

Must respect the rules of the gym and all Challenge members.

Must be committed to making a change.

CHALLENGE STARTS JULY 10TH!

OPTION A: Mon & Wed 6:00-7:00AM, Sat 10:30-11:30AM

OPTION B: Mon & Wed 7:30-8:30PM, Sat 10:30-11:30AM

We will interview you for the Challenge. 

If you are ready to commit, we will register you for the Challenge!

You will attend the first class on July 10th and get started on your Transformational journey!

 We will provide nutrition guidance to ensure goal success.

 Bootcamp classes will include warm-up, movement instruction, fun workout using your practiced movements, and cool-down.

 6 week Finale Party on August 19 to celebrate!
