Run 4*400m @80% effort, rest 1:1

Death By Kettlebell Swing: start the clock, on 1:00 do 10 KB swings. Minute 2, do 12. Minute 3 do 14, etc., increasing by 2 each round. Continue until you cannot complete the required number of swings.
